When repairing permissions I always get this message:

Repairing permissions for “Compy 386”
Determining correct file permissions.
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./Library/Widgets. New permissions are 16877

I always get a message about fixing the permissions with ColorSync, I don't know why... As long as everything is working correctly, I wouldn't worry about it.

Its not an error. It is just repairing file permissions.
If you are curious to know exactly what permissions are and how they work in OS X, you can read this article on the Apple Support site.

You might also find this one informative as well.

It means Strong Bad needs to make fun of your choice of computer name... or you should stop trying to repair permissions on 386 hardware. Maybe Bubs could help you sort out your computer problem.

Not only that, but you should have long since upgraded to a Lappy 486.

Though in this forum, you should really be using The Cheat's computer. It's a lot more 'computer' and much less 'typewriter'.
