Weird Problem with my MacBook users

I changed my name on the finder screen from my apple ID to something else, and now everything appears to have vanished. my dock is the default dock, and iTunes doesn't have any of my music in. What has happened and how do i reset it please?

I had the same problem but I changed one of the user name folders. I called apple about it and they helped me through it and got everything back to normal . I wish I remembered the steps but unfortunately I don't. Give apple a call if you're well within your first year of your purchase. Good luck. Let me know what happenes...
