Webex Crash on HighSierra

Hi, I own a iMac mid 2010 , 27“ HighSierra 10.13.6 installed.


When I try to open a Webex Meeting out of Firefox, the app runs for a few seconds, then suddenly closes. I put the logfile in the comments. Can you help?

Welcome to our forums.

It appears there is some corruption during the access process. It might be the application or it could be caused by Firefox or the connection. Try another browser to see if Webex will run without crashing.

I tried Safari - I also created a different user and tried again. same problem..

Try updating the Webex app if possible. If not, you may have to remove it and reinstall.
