if its light surface dirt use tape(also works on ipod click-wheel). if anything else wet a washcloth but make sure its damp turn off your keyboard and wipe it off then dont plug it back in till its dry. compressed air works good for in between the keys and make sure to turn your keyboard upside down and spray that in it or you can tap it lightly.

If a slightly damp cloth and air duster, like BiTurbo recommended, don't work, then its time to invest in a new keyboard.

Just pop out the keys (Easy to do!) and chuck them in a bucket with soapy water.
Get them nice and clean and then snap them back.
