Volume bitmap

Hi all,
I am shifting all my data at the start of volume and all the free space at the end of volume. After shifting i am getting a error i.e. "Volume Bitmap needs minor Repair". How can i resolve it ???????????????????

PS. For reasons that are too long to get into here, your idea to segregate data is actually rather daft. Apple has already mapped out "hot zones" to rapidly access your data; you are defeating this and therefore actually making your machine LESS efficient by doing what you're doing:
