Can anyone recommend/point me in the right direction for good virus ad spyware software for my macbook as I don't have one.

It contains info on software you could use, as well as information on why most Mac users don't bother with it.

Personally, I've never bothered with antivirus or spyware software for any of my Macs, simply because there's no malicious software out there at the moment.
