Vintage Macintosh Classic M0420 Repairs

hi guys I dunno if this is the place to come and seek help.

but anyone know where to start to repair the analogue board on these machines ?

I have one with the keyboard mouse and original config

but it don't power up at all.

and to be honest I dunno where to begin
