I have completed my conversion of my computing world to an Apple Eco Environment. MacBook Pro 14 M1, IPhone 12 Pro Max, Ipad 9th Gen, Apple Watch 7. The last item I converted was from a Win 10 PC to the MacBook. I love the convenience of the senselessness of moving and viewing date between the watch, ipad and MacBook. Especially unlocking my MacBook with my Watch (VERY COOL).

I wanted to be able to view my Apple watch Activities and Health data on my MacBook for the purpose of analyzing and graphing out my workouts and health. Alas I came to several dead ends. The more I thought about it the more I knew there had to be a way. It dawned on my that I might be looking at the wrong place. Looking at this from a Apple Watch perspective wasn't working. I started looking at it from a IPhone perspective. All the data from my watch did go to my phone. Looking at it from IPhone to MacBook presented the answer.
Health Auto Export. This app allowed me to export the health data to my Macbook not only in Graphical terms, but also as a .csv or .json file that can be used in a spreadsheet form.
It's always nice when you can discover a solution by doing research.
Hopefully this will be helpful to anyone else that is looking to do the same.
