Hi, Monday 18th Sept my switch from Windows 11 to a Mac mini M2 for photo imaging commenced and I need to calibrate my Benq monitor, I use a Colormunki Photo puck and with the x-rite calibration software it works fine but when using the Palette master that is made for Benq monitors and my preferred option coming from Windows 11 I get error message to attach the puck (but it is attached as I can use X-rites software). New to the Mac world and followed instructions for Rosetta 2 on setup.
Mac to monitor connection is HDMI and puck connection is USB
Any help please?
Thanks, Russ.

You will probably get better results contacting either Ben-Q or Colormunki, as more users of those products use the forums provided by the developers.

Also, did you "allow" the Photo Puck to interact with the Mac in Settings > Privacy & Security?

Thank you for the reply, away from home just now but will have a look at P&S settings when I get back. Thank you again. Russ.

Follow up.
Late follow up as just got back from hols.
Will not work with a HDMI cable, soon as used a USB-C worked fine.
Russ.
