In the old days you could submerse a keyboard in water to soak out any sticky stuff. Surprisingly enough this would often work, given a proper drying out time.
I have a clear plastic and white key Apple USB keyboard http://www.synaptech.com/catalog/images/661-2939.gif that I'd think needs a good soaking. Do these keyboards hold up to this counter intuitive cleaning?
