Uploading photos to Shutterfly

Have been uploading photos to Shutterfly for years. Installed Shutterfly Express Uploader months ago and continued to upload photos to Shutterfly. One way is from Shutterfly to iPhoto; with Shutterfly Express it is iPhoto to Shutterfly. Easy to select which photos from which album. Since installing Yosemite, it only brings up the 8,000+ photos in iPhoto rather than specific albums from which to select photos to upload.
