I have a Macbook Pro 13" Model ID is MacbookPro5,5. It came with a 250 GB HDD and 4GB RAM. I have already upgraded my RAM to 8GB and I now want to upgrade my HDD from a 250GB to (well I'm hoping) a 2TB HDD. I wanted to know if there was a specific specifications that the HDD has that the 13" requires or even just some information about HDD's. I dont know to much about them and just wanted to get some information. Any information is welcome. Thanks.

Just make sure that the drive has the following dimensions: 2.5" width, and 9.5 MM thickness. And of course, it must be SATA. Anything thicker than the 9.5 MM will not work well as it may overheat.
