Upgraded to an SSD how do I install MACOS making a USB from Windows

Run the file “InstallMacOSX.pkg” and it will create the installer, titled “Install OS X El Capitan” and place it in your Apps folder. It will likely automatically launch the installer when done, but you can just quit it.
