upgrade problem

Upgraded to os 10.6. Now I can't view wmv files sent to my email in Entourage. I have quicktime 10 and 7 and my "flip" says it's up to date...
I've read tons on several forums and have not seen anything definitive that has worked. What am I doing wrong?
