Upgrade 2020 MacBook Air from Monterey 12.7.1

I need to upgrade my MacBook Air(2020) from Monterey 12.7.1 to at least macOS 13 so some of my apps will work correctly. Should I jump to Sonoma or go to Ventura?

Sonoma 14.1.1 Is the latest, it works for me with no issues so far! Plus you get all the latest security updates! Sounds like a win-win to me.
