ROTFL. Took me a minute to get that one. Guess I haven't shifted into high gear yet. Problem is I've been up since 6 a.m. Apparently this as close to high gear as I'm gonna get today.

That's the very reason I don't have a dog. Always loved dogs but you have to be willing to do those kinds of things to take care of them. Besides I'm an outdoor dog kinda person and we don't have a fenced in yard.

Sounds like what I had to do. My yard started with a chain link fence on one side, with the back and other side fence being this wire mesh fencing. I got my beagle when he was 4 months old from the people on the wire mesh-side and he quickly learned how to climb that fence like a ladder so he could hang out over there. Seriously, he'd literally climb that like a ladder. I wish I had gotten video of it. Then he'd climb the back one too and roamed the neighborhood. We eventually re-fenced all that with some wood fencing, then got our 2nd dog... a Labrador/Walker Coon Hound mix who quickly learned that she could clear the remaining chain link side like it didn't exist. One time I was coaxing her back over and she hopped on top and perched there for a few seconds like a cat. She was sooooooo teed off when we put a new fence in front of that!
