I just got my macbook back from repair. The screen was broken. I went into utility to connect and noticed that it says 'WPA DubaIntHotel' I have never been to Dubai. What is going on here? (I am connected now but why has this appeared?)

Where did you have the repair done at? Whoever did your screen repair may have copied that onto your hard drive when they backed up your machine and restored it after the repair. Just remove the Dubai connection from System Preferences, Network, Advanced.

I had it fixed in London (where I live). It just seems strange...
