well my 2.4 mbp seems to have a bad logic board lower ram slot not functioning I brought it in to the apple store and they sent it out. Today I went to pick of up and I noticed a corner was all dented .They said they would sent it out again I hen spoke to a manger and expressed my concern of future problems. So he said they would exchange it. So I bumped up to 2.6 and 512 video and 200 gig hd. And now I'm the process of rranfering from time capsule . So far I have been very happy with apple support.
