Unknown Exception in Mac OS X 10.4.11

I'm trying to install Reason 4 onto my mac.

I'm following the guidelines in the installation manual and when I enter my password for admin rights, I get an 'Unknown Exception' prompt.

Anyone know if this is a Mac related or Reason Related problem.
