Uninstalled Bootcamp, now bootup is much slower?

I uninstalled Bootcamp a couple days ago, and now I find that the initial boot up to OSX is much slower than originally.

Anyone else seen this or know the fix?

did you completly unistall it ?

it can clean junk out of the mac os x side of things.

I wish I had known, I just reinstalled OS X to clear it up.
