Uninstall Plug In

iMac 27", OS 10.11.6, 2.7 GHz, Intel Core i5, 12 GB, 1333 MHz, DDR3; iPhone 6, 16 GB, iPad mini
I have Citrix receiver internet plug in installed. How do I get rid of it? I've tried all of the standard solutions.

Open your Finder and navigate to here:

Macintosh HD/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/

It should be listed there in its own folder. Just go ahead and delete the folder. You might be asked to authenticate with your admin password. But that should do it.

(Make sure you go to the correct Library, this one is visible unlike the user library which is not.)

Thank you. I did find the plug in. There was no folder. I trashed the plug in so I think that did the trick.
