Unibox stopped sending/deleting...please advise

Started using unibox email a few months ago on Macbook Pro. Worked great. Just recently added unibox email to iPhone. It's working fine on the iPhone, but it stopped working on the Macbook after I downloaded it to the iPhone. It will not delete or send new message on Macbook now, even though it will on the iPhone.
The only other recent change I've made was that I installed Nord VPN on my Macbook and also on my iPhone. I don't think the NordVPN is doing this though because if I disconnect the NordVPN, the unibox STILL won't work on Macbook.
Any advise is welcomed! Thanks!

I don't have any knowledge of what NordVPN does to your internet network settings but it could have changed something that's causing the problem. You might have to completely uninstall NordVPN to find out though.

The only thing I can suggest is to remove Unibox Mail from your MBP and install it again.

Make sure you save settings and backup all your email before doing that.

I am thinking this issue has to do with my having added unibox mail to my iPhone. It was after that that my macbook pro stopped functioning. I have found no way to contact unibox in any way. Any ideas about why the version on macbook would stop working after installing unibox on iPhone? While Macbook is NOT working, the iPhone version is working.

I just read through the Unibox account setup process and it's no different from Apple Mail or an IMAP account setup for most other providers. You didn't mention who your ISP is (gmail, yahoo, etc) but you might want to check to see if you have everything entered correctly at the server.

If you inadvertently changed settings when you added Unibox to your iPhone, that could have affected the setup for your MacBook Pro. Only you can check that. As I stated above, try removing Unibox from your MacBook Pro and then add it back. Make sure you have backups of everything before doing that.
