I am considering selling my 10 month old U2 ipod limited edition in good condition with original box w/ all contents and DLO portfolio leather case. How much should I sell for? Is 150 a reasonable price?

I believe you might have to go lower but then again maybe not, it depends on the buyer. I just recently purchased a 4G 20GB for 150, and wish I had known you were selling yours, I love the U2 edition.
