Trouble with Excite



I have just joined and am hoping someone out there in Mac Land can help me. I use Excite for some of my mail. For two days I have been unable to get to it. It just won't load, it starts to and then times out, It doesn't matter if I use Netscate or Internet Explorer, and I can't even bring it up when I search though Google. Same deal, starts to load and then times out. I am using OS 9.2, I have installed anything lately and I can get into Hotmail and Netscape mail OK. So it must be something perculiar to Excite. Can anyone please help me.
