I have a phone samsung - SGH F490
I bought a plugin from macmonster, it worked for one week, then it didn't sync any more. I asked macmonster what to do and he said that I should reset my phone. I reset it and it worked, but few days later the same problem. on the phone it writes PIM sync - network error, and on the computer -

Device “SGH-F490” synchronization failed.
I tried many things like restarting and more but no luck and it appears that macmonster doesn't help me as well, I can't reset my phone every week!...
I realy need to synchronize the phone. I'll appriciate any help
