Tricking iTunes into "making" podcasts

I stumbled upon this online. It is a way to "trick" iTunes into "making" podcasts. Well, I used it, I wanted to get some lectures into a podcast, and it worked well. But how do I update the podcast? How do I add more to the same? Does anyone know?
