The info window on the left definitely shows that hidden files have been created when moving from NTFS to HFS+. There is nothing more you need to do as those files are automatically hidden by the Mac file system. If you open the Finder, and select "All Files", none of those extra files should show up. If they do, then there is something else going on. Don't confuse the number of files that are present with the number of files that are visible. Hidden files are counted, but not visible.
