I know that is completly ubsurd... Does each new account get to send out a # of invites?, we could start a line of people who need g-mail accounts, i know that i have been dying for one.

You could also probably donate 10 $ to google, and they would give you a free g-mail account. there is no way anyone is going to give you an ibook for something thats not yours. You can't sell something that belongs to google!

Actually u can.. u go go google.com, do a gmail, then u can c gmail swap.. there are lots of ppl who r willing to do anything to get gmail.. there one who gave away his ibook for a gmail!

It's at the Apple store, waiting for you to actually work to buy it. You're honestly wasting your time if you still think this trade is going to happen. If you don't believe me, check eBay to see what supply and demand has done to the value of Gmail invites. There are plenty on eBay that haven't even received a single $0.99 bid with only minutes left in the auction. With all the time you've spent here on Mac-Forums trying to come up with various schemes to get a "free" Mac, you could have taken a job and saved up the money for one already. You're unfortunately going to be in for quite a surprise later in life when you try to buy a car, or even some groceries, with an email account.

Let's see:

$6 worth of Gmail accounts, or a $1300 iBook? Hmm...
