What happens is Illustrator or Photoshop seem to get stuck at the lower half of the screen, and most of the applicational tools do not act as they should, zooming in or out in the wrong direction, or scaling objects in different directions, etc.
I’ve tried quitting applications, restarting applications, restarting the machine, reconfiguring the dual screen positioning, disabled and reenabled the dual screen functionality, changed thunderbolt ports and googled forums for like issues with no luck.
