I just replaced the logic board in my early 05 power mac G5, and am trying to run thermal calibration on it. It runs, but seems to hang sometime in the middle somewhere, as it never finishes. I started the machine running thermal calibration about noon yesterday, and it still (as of 9:15am) hasn't finished yet. It isn't failing, it is just not finishing. Any suggestions?
