I heard on the Tech Night Owl Live that the guys at Mac Fixit got a company to strip the ceramics off an iPad processor to see what is inside, and it is an ARM processor

17 inch 2 GHz C2D imac (5,1) with 3GB DDR2 RAM, X1600 (128MB memory) GPU - OSX 10.6.3
And somewhere in the forums I did post a lot of the pictures on the inside of the A4. The Mac fixit people got them and what the above said is correct. ARM all the way.
