Text Notifications Not Working

Ever since the last update, my text message notification stopped working. I checked everything in setting and made sure my "Do Not Disturb" option was still off. I really need this feature, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Too many devices to list
Are the notification settings set properly in Settings > Notifications > Messages?

Settings

Yes, all my settings are exactly the same as they have been since I got the phone, including the "message notifications".
