Talktalk and Onetel Email Problems.

I have been having problems sending and receiving Talktalk and Onetel emails. The problems started at the end of August when Talktalk were undergoing changes to their servers. Talktalk Support has not been at all helpful and have blamed my devices as being faulty. I don't believe they are but I have performed a complete restore on both My Mac Desktop computer and my MacBook Air laptop. This has made no difference and using the Talktalk Webmail is no better.
Can any one please offer any suggestions as to what i could do to rectify the problems?

Sounds like no-one here is using your services, so you'll have to rely on their support or your own research to resolve your issues. We can't help with general questions.

I understand a lot of services have moved the Gen 2 email, and that last week a number of these suffered with issues, though I do not know if yours were of this type.
