It is possible - but it does depend upon your phone.

What phone have you got.

I have a Sony Ericsson K800 I just use iSync to sync my phone with iCal and Address Book.

Press Command+Space (Or click on the finder icon at top right corner of screen)
Type isync (the top hit should be isync - if not you'll see isync in list of applications)
Click on iSync

Now I can't remember if the first time you activate iSync - if the app looks for devices or if you have to tell the application to do that - if you have to tell it to do that then click on devices and choose to add a device (If the phones bluetooth is on and iSync can communicate with your phone model then it should be added).

If your phone is not supported by default there are websites that offer 'add-ons' for iSync to support more phones - so back to an earlier question - which phone do you have? :)

edit:

i'm using a sharp 550sh ath the moment. Almost embarrassed saying that but it is most definitly temporary phone. Tried iSync and its not a compatible phone. Will maybe just wait until i'm upgrading my phone and pick one that is supported. Sony Ericsson or Nokia i think.
