Syncing playlist between devices

I have a 2020 Macbook pro/Big Sur 11.3.1 that I use to create playlist on Music. Up until a couple of weeks ago, those playlist were syncing to my mid 2011/High Sierra 10/13.6 desktop computer and my iPhone 11. I subscribe to Itunes Match. All devices are signed in with the same Apple ID. All devices have been updated to the latest versions.
Any idea why the laptop is no longer syncing the playlists to the other two devices?
