My Mac is a 5K retina, late 2015 model. I currently use 10.14.6 Mojave as my OS. I'm thinking to upgrade to Catalina. Is it safe to do so? Are there problems, risks or disadvantages I should be aware of? Thanks!

As Ashwin stated above, this has been answered numerous times. We will only mention this one thing, however, and that is if you have any apps that are 32 bit they will not run in Catalina.

Also, Catalina received its last update (10.15.6), and the next version of macOS is version 11.0 which is now currently being tested. (Big Sur)
