Hi I had to remove a DVD stuck in a circa 2009 iMac. I installed the OS X again, then chose Boot Camp to add Windows 7. Win& partially installed, but did not complete. Every boot selected the DVD and it would fail. Just cycled to failure. I could not use the shiny apple keyboard as the drivers etc had not been loaded onto the Win7 partition. What worked? Well I ejected the Win7 DVD, and later an OpenSuse and an OSX DVD by having an old Dell USB keyboard and mouse and holding down BOTH mouse keys at Power on. Obviously once I had repaired the OSX all the usual methods also worked
