January 21, 2009 update! Well, I've lived w/ pencilling in my updates/deletions to my Classical Music Access printed out DB for 5+ years and virtually ran out of room! :rofl SO, over the last week spending just a couple hours a day (because of neck strain!), I decided to do the updates in Numbers - first, the app could easily handle the nearly 3000 entries - initial pic below the first page of the sheet w/ the label# hidden (for printing) - second pic shows the preliminary print choices - used my Brother laser w/ double-sided printing of 56 pages, i.e. 28 pieces of paper (not bad!) - looks good. Summed up the number column which was 4500+ discs (have a LOT of boxes w/ numerous discs, some into the dozens). Second, my main regret from the printout (2nd pic) is that Numbers is quite limited in its printing features - as w/ my old Access printouts, I would still love to NOT repeat 'identical' entries in the first and last name categories, just a lot easier to read. BUT, I can easily live w/ this new approach - however, if someone knows how to 'manipulate' Numbers printout features, then please advise. Dave :) P.S. Thanks to all that have contribute to this thread and issue and also in a number of other related threads - appreciated. . .
