Is it possible to copy sections from several MP3s and combine them together? Basically what I'm looking to do is take about the first minute from 3 different MP3s and combine them into 1 new MP3 to burn onto a CD. If I can, what do I need to do it?

there is probably a program that will edit audio tracks, but i use iMovie. Import the tracks and cut them where you want and place them where you want and then export it to a quicktime movie.

Choose MPEG4. Options:
The video dimensions dont matter, but for Audio, make sure is at 44.1kb Output Sample Rate/ Best

Then open it in iTunes and you can keep it how it is, or convert it into .aac under advanced menu

I've used something called Amadeus II (outdated link removed). I found it at version tracker. It worked ok. Did what I needed it to. Might wanna check it out.
