I've recently been getting lot of spam messages, all from the US and advertising a variety of things, but the same items are repeated.

Some have an option to be removed from their list, but I am wary of doing this.

Mostly they arrive in my Inbox and not my Junk box.

Is there anything I can do to stop them?

I just mark them spam / junk and I never see them again. Can't be bothered paying for a service.
