17 inch 2 GHz C2D imac (5,1) with 3GB DDR2 RAM, X1600 (128MB memory) GPU - OSX 10.6.3
I tried to do the update for imovie 08 through the software update. And it failed. But it gave this error to me. Would anyone know how to get around this? And how can there be a package file for this in the trash? I'm lost here.

Well I worked out the problem. Rather quickly I know. But it seems is you rename an app to anything else than it's original name, then software update doesn't like it. So you have to change it back to what it originally was for the software update to work.
