You mentioned a 27" retina iMac earlier. The ram definitely won't work in that…for at least 2 reasons:</p><p></p><p>1. Non-replaceable ram in the 27" retina iMac.</p><p>2. Even if the ram in a 27" retina iMac was replaceable.
