Looking to buy a new sleeve for my rMBP 13. Consider first that I've already purchased this case:
Kuzy - Retina 13-inch BLACK Rubberized Hard Case for MacBook Pro 13.3" with Retina Display A1502 / A1425 (NEWEST VERSION) Shell Cover - BLACK

rMBP Dimensions: 0.71 x 12.35 x 8.62"

Now I'm considering a few sleeves:
Caselogic PAS-213 13-Inch Macbook Neoprene Sleeve (Black)
Dimensions: 1.2" x 13.5" x 9.8"
Runetz - 13-inch BLACK Neoprene Sleeve Case Cover for MacBook Pro 13.3" with or w/out Retina Display and MacBook Air 13" Laptop - Black-Gray
Dimensions: 1" x 13.7" x 10"
Incase ICON Sleeve for 13-Inch MacBook Retina (CL60516)
Dimensions: 0.6" x 14.4" x 10.9"

The last one is the most expensive one, but that's not an issue. What I'm looking for is a black(ish) sleeve that fits as snugly as possibly, with my case on. The last one is supposed to be the tighest fit, but it might be a bit too tight with my case already on. As for the first two, most reviews seem to indicate them being too loose and baggy, which I don't want. However, this might be compensated for by the case. I'm really unsure how to proceed. Any other sleeves you guys could recommend? Any advise would be highly appreciated. :)

I've used Incase products before and can't say enough good things about them. Of course it's been some time since I used one (I now own an iMac) but input from other members who have used their products likewise recommend them. Also, the nice thing about ordering from Amazon is if you are not satisfied with one of their items, you can easily return it.

True. I'm just gonna order a bunch of them, keep the one I want and return the rest. I'm leaning towards incase myself.. Thanks for the help :)

Bought a Thule case from the Apple store for my new rMBP. So far I really like it. Kinda pricey though.
