I just tried to install this on my iMac and it uninstalled Sims2. This is a little inconvenient as the updates don't work without the main game.
I reinstalled Sims2 and was then told that I had installed an update which was not compatible with the Sims2 game.
Eventually, I had to erase the entire game - both the installation and the user data - and then restored it all with Time Machine from a couple of days ago.
Very odd. So now I am back to Sims2 and Sims2-Pets, with all my data back. Thank heaven for Time Machine. Thanks for nothing Sims2-University. You will not get installed again - what a rip.
