Shutting down unexpectedly?

Hey all,

Have had my Macbook since March time, no major problems yet *touch wood* just a small niggly one. Sometimes when I leave my Macbook on and walk out the room, for say about an hour, I return to it and it's restarted by itself occasionally...

Any ideas as to why it decides to do this?

Have you installed any recent update?

Not that I know of... Just the usual updates that pop up and tell me to install them, not had one for a while as far as I can recall?
