I've also got an expensive laptop that ive not put any apps or my music on etc. as I'm keeping the system as close to MacOS so Apple can be sure no Apps are causing the issues.I sent Apple a copy of the clips and chased the senior adviser I spoke to up today so hopefully will get some resolution soon. Even today I had some problems and will post a link to a few clips later or tomorrow. Quicktime was crashing for no apparent reason and in System Preferences under Accessibility for Keyboard when turning on sticky keys they were being switched straight back off again and on the on screen keyboard when pressing caps lock then capitals showed on the on screen keyboard but when I pressed them only lower case came out.Best RegardsPhil</blockquote>
