Yes, if the macs are on a joint network, you can 'share' the drive hooked up to one of the macs with the others...

Go to 'get info' on the mounted drive and enable the appropriate groups or users to read & write on the drive...

If you are not able to share it over a network Belkin makes a couple of USB switches that allow sharing a device among 4 computers, if you add a hub you can share multiple devices among the computers. Check www.belkin.com, look under USB in the PC accessories area.
