Results from putting Snow Leopard on OS X 10.4.8 Hello all, this is my first post. My airport card recently died and I went to my campus computer store. I saw the 30 dollar Snow Leopard and decided to get it but I did ask if it would go ontop of 10.4. The computer store lady said yes and I got my airport card replaced then my system backed up and upgrade. Now my computer runs ok but the airport does not behave the way it should. I ran an airport grapher and instead of 54/54 bits/s I saw that it read -2405/0 and was basically flat lining while working properly. On occasion it drops me off all networks and cannot find them. This is the first of many problems I believe I will encounter if I continue to use the computer. I am gonna phone Apple Support this morning and ask them about it. Im sure they will give me the same sort of answer you posted above. I just thought everyone would like to know. Cheers, kelp
