Selling my pc?

Hey, I was wondering how much I would get for my pc in canadian dollars?
I am looking to buy a mac(Besides my PB). Here are the specs:
amd athlon xp 1150
256 mb ram
xabre chip and a elitegroup(Dont know what they are)
CD-Rom drive 52x and a dvd drive 12x
Digicam card slot.

Not to kill your hopes, but probably not a lot. Dell is currently selling a Dimension B110 with a 2.53ghz Celeron, 256mb ddr ram, 80gb 7200rpm ata hard drive, dvd-rom drive, Windows XP Home, and 17" crt monitor for only $299 USD. Good luck though!

Check out the ebay.com to see what kind of prices you can get for your hardware. You will probably do best if you sell the pieces individually (vs. trying to sell your entire system.)

In USD, you can probably get about $15 - $20 for the RAM, $20 - $25 for the motherboard, $10 for the memory card reader, and $25 - $30 for the CPU. There isn't much of a market for used CD and DVD drives, so you will be lucky to get a few bucks for them.

Just paid 99$ for the dvd drive

Will the dvd drive work in my PB 3400/200? It is a sony DVD+R dual layer?
I was hoping to get At least $400 can for it.

That really isn't worth very much, definantly not $400 canadian.

Yeah, I would say that at best you could get between $200 - $250 Canadian for it.

Anyone wanna trade for a mac? lol... No im serious. It also got a 40 gig hdd with win xp and a 20 gig with Vector Linux.
