update went fine, but repair permissions had a lot of stuff come up.

Apple has released Security Update 2005-005 via Software Update and also online which delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Mac OS X 10.3.9 Panther and Mac OS X Server 10.3.9 Panther users. This update includes the following components:

• Apache
• AppKit
• AppleScript
• Bluetooth
• Finder
• Foundation
• Help Viewer
• lukemftpd
• sudo
• Terminal
• VPN
• X11

This one is for panther users not tiger
